Commercial Water

In this commercial property, a bathroom pipe burst on the second floor and covered two floors in water. The property had to still be in use during the drying process. We had to set many fans and dehumidifiers to help dry this building. This part of the building had to be blocked off from employees since there was so much equipment set. We had to remove contents to dry the rest of the upstairs and downstairs. The drying was efficient and dried out within a week. The first floor had to have carpet removed and replaced after the contents was removed from the property.
